Corbeau (‘we’) provides conversion rate optimization and A/B testing services for Shopify brands. This policy explains what personal information we collect through this website and our communications, why we collect it, who we share it with, how long we keep it, and your rights under the Act respecting the protection of personal information in the private sector (as amended by Law 25) and other applicable privacy laws.
1. Who is responsible
Priyanka, Founder of Corbeau, is the person responsible for the protection of personal information. Contact: hello@corbeau.agency
2. What we collect
Information you give us, such as your name, email, company, store URL and any details you share when you book a call through Google Calendar, email us or request an audit.
Business contact details (name, business email, role, company) from public sources such as company websites and LinkedIn when we reach out about services that are relevant to your business.
Basic technical data such as IP address, browser type and pages visited, which our website host (Framer) may log to deliver and secure the site.
We do not use advertising or profiling cookies or trackers on this website. If we add analytics or any tracking tool in the future, it will stay off until you give your consent.
3. Why we use it
To respond to your enquiries, schedule and run calls, deliver audits and other services, send proposals and invoices, contact businesses about our services, and keep this website secure. Every outreach email includes a way to opt out, or you can email us at any time. We do not sell personal information.
4. Consent
We only collect the information needed for the purposes above, with your consent, which you give when you submit information, book a call or email us. You can withdraw your consent at any time by emailing hello@corbeau.agency.
5. Who we share it with

These providers may store or process information outside your province or country, including in the United States. We rely on their security commitments and contractual protections, and we share only what is necessary.
6. How long we keep it
Only as long as needed for the purposes above. If you do not become a client, we delete prospect and enquiry information within 24 months of our last contact. For clients, we keep records for as long as needed to deliver the service and to meet legal, tax and accounting obligations, then delete or anonymize them.

You can ask to access the personal information we hold about you, have it corrected, have it deleted or stop its dissemination, withdraw your consent, or receive a copy in a structured, commonly used format. We do not use automated decision-making. We respond within 30 days. Email hello@corbeau.agency.
